Born and raised in Chicago, I completed my education at Northern Illinois University, with an undergrade in Business and Marketing, and then an MBA. I recently earned a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from Online Cornell University.

My business and marketing tenure has evolved from working for a large fortune 500 Consumer marketing company, Cendant, as a part of the management team for their new formed online memberships programs.

I then had the opportunity to work in Silicon Valley working for two start-ups, GetSmart and Knowledge First, where I was instrumental in starting up, and managing their marketing teams.

With having experience in recruiting and hiring in my past positions, I launched Hot Jobs Alert in 2010, I saw a need in these particular verticals, Ad Tech – Dating – Online Entertainment – Gaming – IGaming – Digital Marketing – Fintech, for a professional recruiter to assist these types of organizations with their hiring needs. I have assisted small start-ups to large established online companies.

My focus over a decade has been working solely within these verticals, getting to know the companies and people who work within them. I also attend a good amount of Industry conferences and events held around the world, throughout the year. This has help me stay abreast on any new trends and also be able to meet with current and potential new clients.

I currently reside in Palm Springs California with my 3 rescued pups! I volunteer on a regular basis, giving back to the community where I live. I enjoy playing on our local softball, pickleball leagues and also enjoy attending our local AHL Hockey Games, The Coachella Valley Firebirds.
